1. Service Description
LeanStrat provides AI-powered competitive intelligence research for mid-market companies. Our services include:
- A free competitive scan — an automated AI-generated report covering 6 sections.
- A paid full report (₹499) — 10 sections including deep competitive analysis and a strategic roadmap.
- Consulting engagements — bespoke research and strategy projects governed by a separate agreement.
2. Free Scan
The free scan is provided at no cost and generates 6 sections of competitive analysis from publicly available data. By submitting your company name and website URL:
- You confirm you have the right to submit this information (i.e., it is your business or you are authorised to act on its behalf).
- You understand the output is AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- You accept that the free scan does not constitute professional consulting advice.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the free scan output.
- We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend free scan access to prevent abuse.
- Results are for your internal use only — do not republish or resell scan outputs.
3. Paid Reports (₹499)
The full report unlocks all 10 sections of competitive intelligence. The following terms apply:
- Payment: ₹499 INR, processed securely by Razorpay. All major cards, UPI, and netbanking accepted.
- Delivery: Reports are delivered digitally within the platform within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Refund policy: Reports are non-refundable once generated and delivered. If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will either regenerate it or issue a full refund at our discretion.
- Licence: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report for your internal business purposes only.
- No resale: You may not resell, sublicence, or republish report content without prior written consent.
4. Consulting Engagements
Bespoke consulting projects (strategy engagements, market research, competitive positioning) are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide consulting services — it is an invitation to discuss. Scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in that separate agreement.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All free scans and paid reports are generated with the assistance of AI (specifically, the Grok API by xAI). This means:
- Not professional advice: Reports are informational in nature. They are not financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or professional consulting opinions. Do not make significant business decisions based solely on LeanStrat output.
- Accuracy: AI models can hallucinate or misinterpret data. We make reasonable efforts to validate outputs but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
- Data freshness: Market data and competitor information may lag real-world conditions by days to weeks.
- Verification recommended: Treat our reports as a research starting point. Verify material facts before acting on them.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including brand, design, copy, methodologies, and frameworks — is owned by LeanStrat or its licensors. The report you receive is licensed to you (see Section 3), not sold. You retain ownership of the business information you submit to generate a report.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to generate reports on competitors without any legitimate business reason.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Site.
- Submit false or misleading company information.
- Use reports to defame, misrepresent, or harm the companies mentioned in them.
- Circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LeanStrat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on report content.
- Our total liability for any claim related to a paid report shall not exceed the amount you paid for that report (₹499).
- We provide the Site and reports “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
